Member feedback survey
We recently carried out a survey of our members, some of the feedback we received was as follows:
"Service they provide has been 1st class"
"Staff always polite and friendly"
"Excellent service from local staff"
"I enjoy using the credit union, makes me feel safe"
We also had some points which arose and we hope to address those:
Credit Union should be offering a ATM card
The costs involved in installing an ATM machine and supplying ATM cards to all our members would be significant as a co-operative we give any excess back to our members by way of dividend and interest rebate. Were we to explore this option then we would be forced to reduce the amount that we give back to our members.

Credit Union should be offering business loans
Business loans require a different licence from the regulators and would also come with significant associate costs. We do offer loans of £50,000 for individual members. We in Armagh Credit Union regularly asses who we lend to and at present there is no intention to lend to businesses.
Justin Mallon (Manager)
Higher Savings Dividend
Under the present Manager and staff and with the after effects of COVID the manager needed to increase the loan book with Armagh Credit Union. We have now achieved and it is now the intention this year to pay a significantly higher dividend for our savers. This will be agreed by the board and the auditors and voted by the members at our Annual General Meeting, so look out for this.

We would like to thank our members for completing the survey and please look out for the Annual General Meeting announcement in the coming months.
