I’m pleased to inform you that this year’s AGM will be a hybrid version. It will take place in Armagh Credit Union building and on zoom, on 5th December at 7.00pm. If you wish to attend in person or online then please contact us in person or via email@example.com no later than 30th November at 4.30 pm stating your name, address and membership number.
Zoom joining instructions can be sent to you in advance of the meeting.
Due to the limited number of seats and health and safety issues, no refreshments will be served in the Office.
I would ask you to complete all the enclosed forms you have received and return them no later than 30th November 2023. Completed forms can be posted, dropped through the letterbox of the credit union building or photographed/scanned and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be advised that dividends and interest rebates are not available for collection in the office until Monday the 11th of December. If you wish for the cheque to be posted the staff will endeavour to post them no later than Saturday, the 9th of December.
If you have a question you wish to raise at the AGM, we will ask that you please inform us in writing the nature of the question before 1st December to enable us to provide you with an appropriate response.
